Our Constitution reflects the foundational ideals of the Fund. We consider these words sacred to those who call our institution home– including our mission-first founders. It accurately reflects and embodies all of our deeply held beliefs. We are not your people if these words do not resonate with you. If they do, let’s build something great together.
Our intentional framework—vision, mission, values, principles, and ethos- plays a critical role in selecting, assessing, and aligning our community with purpose over time. We define each of these terms for you. They act as driving forces core to the identity of our individuals–our collective North Star.
Our Nation's founders were the first technologists and revolutionaries in American history– the earliest breed of special operators, intelligence collectors, and protectors of national security. Through our work, we hope to encapsulate their spirit of intrepidity, which guaranteed our unalienable rights and shaped the West. We must now find new ways to build, fight, and win just as they did.
