Joshua Langford is a William H. McRaven National Security Fellow working as an Operations Associate with Bravo Victor Venture Capital, where he supports the firm’s portfolio operations and contributes to School.House, the fund’s invite-only platform for national security founders building mission-critical technology.
Josh brings more than two decades of U.S. Air Force service, including a decade within Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). Across JSOC and earlier Air Force intelligence and ISR assignments, he led teams through complex, high-stakes global operations and the planning that made them possible.
Throughout his career, Josh worked at the intersection of mission and infrastructure—translating executive priorities into data-driven roadmaps and engineering the systems that removed operational friction. He built the data models and reporting infrastructure leaders relied on to make decisions under pressure, turning operational complexity into scalable execution. Now transitioning into venture capital to continue advancing the national security mission, Josh applies that operational discipline to the fund’s operations and the founders it backs, helping accelerate the technologies that strengthen the technological advantage of the United States and its allies in an era of strategic competition.
