Bio

Adam Bell is a William H. McRaven National Security Fellow with Bravo Victor Venture Capital, or ‘BV,’ where he learns and advises on Portfolio Operations and School.House–the fund’s invite-only platform experience dedicated to National Security founders.

Before joining the Fund and contributing to School.House, Adam served for 20 years as a U.S. Army Green Beret, culminating his career as a senior operations advisor for sensitive activities under USSOCOM. In this role, he led cross-functional civilian and contractor teams, shaping strategic policy and executing high-impact operations against adversaries. Over the last seven years, Adam has been repeatedly hand-selected to spearhead some of the most complex initiatives in Signals and Human Intelligence—developing innovative, mission-critical solutions for the nation’s most sensitive requirements.

By the time of his retirement in August 2025 as a Master Sergeant, Adam will have completed six combat deployments and numerous non-traditional operations, consistently demonstrating a pioneering mindset in the Special Operations community. Whether building elite SOF and Inter-Agency teams or driving innovation at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, Adam has continually pushed the boundaries of what’s possible.

Adam is committed to bridging the gap between the operator and the innovator—ensuring that the technologies and capabilities being developed align with the real-world needs of warfighters on the front lines. His deep expertise in Special Operations, coalition-building, and strategic execution makes him an invaluable partner in identifying and advancing the most promising defense technologies and visionary founders.
