Henry Sheffield is a Principal at Bravo Victor Venture Capital, where he supports the firm’s capital operations and formation infrastructure, aligning the systems behind the platform with the needs of mission-first founders.
Henry brings more than half a decade of experience leading complex technical programs across autonomy, robotics, and safety-critical systems, most recently at Motional and Amazon Robotics. Across those roles, he guided large, cross-functional teams through the planning and execution that carried ambitious programs from concept to production.
Throughout his career, Henry has worked at the intersection of engineering and execution—translating complex technical goals into structured roadmaps and building the systems and processes that let teams move with speed and reliability under pressure. Now applying that discipline to venture capital, he channels that rigor into the infrastructure of a mission-first fund, helping BVVC build the institutional foundation to back the technologies that strengthen the national security advantage of the United States and its allies.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University where he graduated cum laude.
