Jack is a William H. McRaven National Security Fellow with Bravo Victor Venture Capital (BV), where he learns and advises on Portfolio Operations and School.House, the fund’s invite-only platform experience dedicated to national security founders
Jack is a JD/MBA candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and the Wharton School, focused on the intersection of emerging technology, national security, and strategic investment. He has gained experience across investing, law, and operations through roles with Blackstone’s Investment Strategy team and Kirkland & Ellis’ Restructuring practice, where he developed exposure to evaluating investment opportunities, navigating complex financial challenges, and advising companies through critical business decisions.
Prior to pursuing law and business, Jack served nearly a decade in the United States Air Force as a Special Tactics TACP Officer, including within the Joint Special Operations community. He led teams of elite operators across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe, working alongside U.S. military, government, and international partners to solve complex operational challenges. He was recognized as a top graduate of U.S. Army Ranger School and named Special Warfare Officer of the Year at the Squadron level.
Jack holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Virginia Military Institute and an M.S. in Cybersecurity from Norwich University. Drawing from his background in technology, special operations, finance, and law, Jack is focused on advancing and investing in emerging technologies that address critical national security challenges. His long-term goal is to support the companies and innovators building the next generation of capabilities that strengthen U.S. strategic advantage.
